Bears accepted into NCOBA
The Bears program has been accepted as a NCOBA member. As a local association of the National Capital OBA Affiliate, the Bears will have rights to put forward Rep teams with the given boundary. One condition of entrance was required for entry, and that was to not use the "National Capital" name so as to not conflict with the name of the Affiliate.
